Was met with a degree of bad manners by the salesperson that is hard to comprehend. As I approached the entrance the man came towards me with a phone to his ear. He called out "hello" and I waited for him to finish with the phone. It appears that he was talking to me for I then heard him commence his call. When he next spoke to me he was curt and went to walk away. There was no one else there. I said " if you're busy I can call again". He then hesitated long enough for me to confirm that most of his cars were imported from the UK. He then walked away without explanation. I was driving an old Ford Transit van at the time.

Brain, you are the charm to your business. keep up your good work and honesty towards your customers. you will never fall behind. Anyway, I traded in my old swift for another newer swift with greater warranty and services promises - minor issues fixed upon single request free of charge and that car wash voucher was the special gesture, thanks Brian. 100% recommended to anyone. Brain consider me as your permanent customer from now on. Thank You so Much.

I had very complicated negotiation with insurance company (lot of paper work as first time insured in IE) but Airways Motor Company had no problem to wait until I have everything done. Excellent experience. Thank you for your service.
