- Phil Miles Added 27/10/2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could post a negative 5 stars on this review page I would, purchased 2 pairs of kids shoes from this store 3 days ago. My daughter wore her shoes for ONE DAY and the material on the toes come away . Clearly a manufacturing fault! We went back yesterday to the store and were told that the shoes could be changed but there were none of the same type left come back tommorow with the child and pick a new pair. Came back today with child to pick a different pair of shoes and were then told no that is not a fault in the shoe and we will not change. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpfull. No concept of customer service at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Am now pursuing this through Ireland head office and Skechers UK!
